Traffic Coating
Parking decks, ramps, balconies, pedestrian areas, and other exposed concrete surfaces face constant wear from vehicles, foot traffic, water, deicing chemicals, and freeze-thaw cycles. We install and restore traffic-bearing coating systems that protect the concrete and reinforcing steel below.
- Parking decks, garages, and vehicular ramps
- Pedestrian walkways, plazas, and balconies
- Surface preparation and localized concrete repairs
- Crack, joint, penetration, and transition detailing
Roofing
A commercial roof is a complete system — membrane, insulation, drainage, perimeter metal, penetrations, flashings, and connections to adjacent walls. We assess roof conditions and detail the transitions where most leaks actually start.
- Membrane roofing, replacement, and restoration
- Roof repairs and leak investigation
- Roof insulation and thermal upgrades
- Flashing, coping, edge metal, and drainage details
Waterproofing
Water intrusion damages structural components, finishes, and tenant spaces — often traveling within an assembly before it becomes visible. We evaluate joints, penetrations, walls, decks, and foundations to find where moisture is actually entering.
- Below-grade foundation waterproofing
- Exterior wall and building-envelope waterproofing
- Plaza, terrace, balcony, and deck systems
- Water-intrusion investigation and corrective work
Sheet Metal
Copings, counterflashings, edge metal, gutters, downspouts, and custom transitions must direct water away from the structure while accommodating movement. We fabricate and install architectural sheet metal as part of roofing and envelope projects.
- Copings, wall caps, and counterflashing
- Gutters, leaders, and downspouts
- Scuppers, conductor heads, and drainage components
- Custom-fabricated metal details and repairs
Stone and Masonry
Brick, block, stone, and mortar are durable but not maintenance-free. Exposure, movement, freeze-thaw cycles, and aging sealants create cracks, open joints, and water-entry paths. We repair and restore masonry with attention to structure and finished appearance.
- Brick, block, and stone repair
- Repointing and mortar-joint restoration
- Parapet, coping, and facade repairs
- Through-wall flashing and related waterproofing details
Epoxy Injections
Cracks in concrete result from shrinkage, loading, settlement, or movement, and the right repair depends on whether a crack is active or dormant, wet or dry, structural or nonstructural. We use injection-based methods to bond suitable cracks and restore continuity.
- Assessment and preparation of concrete cracks
- Epoxy injection for structural or dormant cracks
- Injection repairs associated with water intrusion
- Coordination with traffic coatings and waterproofing systems
